IDA-ORE operates under the following terms and conditions for doing business and expects all commercial, government, consumer, non-profit, or private parties (for purposes of this policy, all are categorized - Customer) to comply. Unless stated in a separate, duly authorized contractual arrangement all payments for products and services are due immediately upon presentation of invoice. Financial Terms Billing Billing Disputes All purchases for products and services are performed in good faith with the expectation of full satisfaction. Customers have the right to dispute all or part of a bill if reasonably believed that billing errors, product defects, or service failures have occurred. All good faith assertions of a right, claim or billing adjustment along with documentation and other detailed written support which identifies with specificity the basis of the charges which are subject to the right, claim, or billing adjustment, and the amounts being withheld pending resolution must be submitted as an electronic mail message to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Written notice and all related documentation must be received by IDA-ORE within ten (10) business days after the event has occurred. IDA-ORE in good faith, may request additional supporting documentation or reject the request. If IDA-ORE rejects such billing error, product defect, or service failure, IDA-ORE will so notify Customer and Customer shall pay the withheld portion of the invoice, which shall be paid in full by the due date specified in the following invoice. If IDA-ORE determines that Customer is entitled to any adjustment then IDA-ORE will credit Customer’s invoice for such amount on the next billing cycle. Account Setup Collection Process In effort to establish mutual understanding and perform efficient transaction of business, IDA-ORE uses the following credit process: Generally, all invoices are due NET “0” zero but depending on the situation, credit terms may be extended to a Customer by IDA-ORE. In this case, NET 30 terms are authorized with invoicing commencing on the first of each month. If a Customer becomes past due the following process is enacted: At 31 days past due a courtesy letter is sent and a follow up call may commence. With no payment arrangement or contact the process continues. At 37-52 days past due IDA-ORE may send a second letter or conduct a follow up call. The contents of this letter and call, indicate without immediate payment IDA-ORE reserves the right to file a lien, send the account to a collection agency, and report status to all credit bureaus. IDA-ORE reserves the right to continue escalation of collection processes including (but not limited to), filing additional liens, reporting status to credit bureaus, or sending account to a collection agency.
